Progressive Democrat (Obama ‘08!); Pro-Choice; against organized religion; vaguely spiritual – my limited spirituality mostly involves an undefineable sense of universal connectivity; it’s strictly personal and does NOT involve a creator, higher power or any other such nonsense – I have little tolerance to people who are in thrall to a higher power (unless it’s ME!). I believe in the Golden Rule. I believe that there is usually some humour to be found in even the most dire of circumstances (especially my own circumstances). I believe in facing down fears. And, like Anne Frank, in spite of everything, I believe that people are basically good (except for the ones that are mean, nasty, petty & scared-y-ass little pieces of shit).
